Hey folks!

Just adding a quick update here while I have a moment, and I'll be working on updates throughout the week. May snuck up so fast and it's EDS Awareness Month again!

I'm unfortunately still having issues with the messaging system and struggling to get back to everyone. When I click on a message it black screens and I have to close and reopen the whole app to try it again, with every message. This is extremely time consuming, so while I'm doing my best to get back to as much as possible my time is spread thin trying to keep up on getting splints made and remade. There's been a surge of issues with USPS (which I'll be updating in the News & Updates section hopefully later tonight) and a lot of orders going missing or being misdelivered, which means making replacement orders. This has caused some delays in general processing time as well which I sincerely apologize for. I'm doing my best to get it all out quickly as possible.

I've also been really struggling with the thyroid issues the last several weeks. My body just will *not* convert T4, so I've just started T3 monotherapy and have high hopes it'll be successful. Some days I'm great and can blast through dozens of orders and clean the house, some days I'm in agony and can't even get out of bed. I'm sure the change in seasons isn't helping, spring has always been rough on my body. Once warmer temps are here my thyroid should chill out (thyroid issues are triggered by the cold) regardless of meds, but I've got my fingers crossed that in the next couple weeks I'll be back to how I was feeling in February when I first started meds and had adequate T3 in my body for the first time in years.
