Because all items are custom made to order I am not able to accept exchanges, returns, or issue refunds. Once an order is placed it is immediately sent for processing and cannot be canceled.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Once an order has been shipped I do not have control over transit. If there is an issue with a package that has been shipped I must be contacted within 60 days of the date of shipment in order to file a claim with USPS. Zebra Splints LLC is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit if you do not contact within 60 days of shipment and the order will not be refunded or replaced.

After 30 days the cost of resizing may be up to or including the full price of a new splint in cases where they need to be remade.
Zebra Splints LLC is not liable for any issues resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use any of the products available on the website or incorrect sizing that was provided to us.
Any chargebacks issued due to the issues covered here in the Terms & Conditions may result in legal action to recover the funds fraudulently taken and may result in the debt being reported to the major credit bureaus.
This is not a for-profit business. I started this journey a decade ago because I believe that *everyone* deserves access to the mobility aids necessary to improve their quality of life, even if they are disabled and on limited/fixed income. I wanted to provide a low cost solution for people to have good quality splints that will last a lifetime instead of being stuck with only the cheap plastic that wear out quickly and frequently cause issues with our delicate skin. I've also been dedicated to ensuring that there are hypoallergenic options available for those with MCAS or severe metal sensitivities and am the only person worldwide who offers titanium as it's a very difficult and time consuming material to work with.
I didn't start selling splints because I felt it was a good opportunity to make money, I did it because I felt it was unfair that such a simple item cost as much as it did and wanted to help those who otherwise wouldn't be able to afford the out of pocket costs. The trade off of going with a charitable company providing low cost solutions is that it may take extra time because there isn't any profit to pull from to cover emergency costs or backup if my health prevents me from getting work done.
Therefore while every effort is made to get orders completed and shipped as quickly as possible and generally processing time is very short, there is always the potential that unexpected issues could arise that causing delays from couple weeks to a few months. If unexpected delays would be a serious issue for you DO NOT order from www.zebrasplints.com
